Unless lawmakers can come to an agreement soon, the United States will default on its debts, throwing international markets into disarray. That’s because the US is the world’s largest economy, and other countries depend upon a stable dollar. But, as The World’s Jason Margolis reports, it’s not the only country with a debt ceiling.
