The lifting of sweeping Trump-era immigration ban still in limbo

May 23 is when the Biden administration is set to terminate Title 42, which heavily restricts asylum for immigrants coming in at the US borders. But, several states have sued to block the move, and the actual decision is in the hands of a federal judge who has previously ruled in ways that go against the Biden administration. Host Marco Werman speaks with Jessica Bolter of the Migration Policy Institute.
