New exhibit seeks to showcase South Korea’s resilience and innovation through its pop culture

The term hallyu means “Korean wave,” and it’s used to describe the way Korean pop culture has become a global superpower. The phenomena includes K-beauty, K-dramas, and K-pop, which are all on display at a new exhibit at Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts.
