Dengue spikes in Peru, threatening to spread to new areas

Peru is dealing with a record outbreak of dengue. At least 150,000 people have come down with the viral disease this year — and nearly 250 people have died. The World’s Carol Hills speaks to Neelika Malavige, head of the Dengue Global Program at the Drugs for Neglected Diseases Initiative, in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
